BASIC PROVISIONS AND DEFINITIONS

The processing of personal data is governed by Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data and on Amendments and Supplements to Certain Acts and is in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and the EU Council 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and free movement of such data (hereinafter: "GDPR").

Personal data – all information about an identified or identifiable natural person through one or more specific factors determining the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of a natural person, including device IP number, location data, Internet identifier and information collected through files cookies and other similar technologies.

PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

a.) The administrator processes the personal data you provided when filling out the reservation form on the website www.melroseapartman.sk based on your interest in one or more of its services.

b.) Personal data processed:
• First name and surname
• E-mail address
• Phone number
• Other data provided through the form

c.) The processor of personal data is exclusively the person of the administrator.

d.) The purpose of personal data processing is to provide a price offer for the services provided by the administrator and further communication in connection with the expressed interest in the services of the administrator.

e.) The administrator stores personal data for the period of withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data. Personal data is stored in a secure administrator account and a secure administrator email address.

a.) The administrator declares that he has taken all appropriate measures to ensure the protection of personal data.

b.) By agreeing to the processing of personal data, you acknowledge that personal data are transmitted via the Internet. The administrator is not responsible for damages in case of misuse of personal data by other persons in case of misuse through such transfer of personal data.

You give your consent to the processing of personal data for as long as the purpose of processing personal data lasts or until you withdraw your consent.
